GridLogic IT is a managed IT services provider delivering Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity, endpoint management, backup readiness, AI governance, business-hours support, and practical IT planning for small businesses. The specific scope of each service is defined in an individual statement of work between GridLogic IT and the client.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

  • Interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GridLogic IT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or from any managed IT onboarding. GridLogic IT's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website's accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Duval County, Florida.
