The Prove-It Period
Step by Step
Managed IT Onboarding Begins Day One
The Prove-It Period starts with no long-term commitment. Your team gets real onboarding, support process setup, Microsoft 365 review, endpoint visibility, and documentation work from the start.
Stabilization Arrives, Not Promises
In the first 90 days, GridLogic IT inventories the environment, improves urgent risks, documents the support model, sets monitoring expectations, and builds an improvement roadmap you keep.
You Decide on the Ongoing Plan
At the end of onboarding, you have seen the support model in action. Continue as an ongoing managed IT client and the rate drops by $20 per user per month. If GridLogic has not earned it, walk away with the documentation and no penalty.
Managed Service, Not a Lock-In
The relationship has to keep earning its place through useful support, practical monitoring, clear documentation, and decisions that help the business.
